Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team toward consistent growth and peak performance. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing every lead opportunity, developing the skills of your sales consultants, and ensuring the team consistently hits its volume and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management: Oversee the entire lead lifecycle, ensuring rapid response times, rigorous follow-up, and high conversion rates across all digital and showroom traffic.
- Team Development: Actively coach and mentor sales staff through daily training, role-playing, and performance reviews to build a world-class sales force.
- Sales Results: Drive the team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies and forecasts to increase market share and departmental profitability.
- Closing & Support: Directly assist in closing deals and resolving customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction and momentum on the sales floor.
- Inventory & Budgeting: Manage vehicle inventory levels and the departmental budget to maximize ROI and sales opportunities.

- Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000 (Based on experience and performance).
