  • Develop and execute the selling cycle and align processes with sales goals.

Full Job Description
Position: Sales Manager

Employment Status: Full-Time

Dealership: OpenRoad Audi Boundary

Department: Sales

Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000+ per annum

Audi Boundary is the largest, highest volume Audi dealer in BC, a top performing store in National Audi rankings and the second largest rooftop in the OpenRoad portfolio.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyzing, planning, controlling and executing all Sales Department operations
  • Meeting and communicating customers for Manager introductions, conflict management and deal negotiations
  • Structuring new + used vehicle transactions according to federal and provincial regulation and dealer + manufacturer guidelines.
  • Working with sales associates daily to conduct 1 on 1 lead follow-up, strategy, training and success management
  • Leading regular team meetings and participating in group level or manufacturer meetings
  • Commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Providing highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Developing and executing the selling cycle.
  • Developing processes that align with sales goals and involve various departments.
  • Training + coaching new and tenured Advisors on product knowledge, sales process, team objectives... etc.
  • Daily check-in and check-out to ensure daily metrics are met.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • Extremely self-motivated with unparalleled standards and strong leadership skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability work effectively with all levels and departments of the organization.
  • Very strong work ethic and consistent drive to perform

  • Familiar with Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other digital office platforms.
  • Well organized and detail orientated.
  • Minimum of 2 years automotive sales management experience, with a valid VSA License.
  • Additional language skills considered a strong asset: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Hindi, Farsi... etc.
  • Experience with various automotive platforms. Ie: Reynolds, CUDL, Cox Automotive, vAuto, One-Eighty, CDK, Rapid Response, AutoTrader 1source, Rapid Recon... etc.
  • A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
