Domestic New Car Sales Manager

Lead, coach, and motivate the new car sales team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the new car sales team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
- Manage daily sales operations, inventory, pricing, and merchandising.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and profitability while implementing strategies for continued growth.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Partner with the Finance and Service departments to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership performance.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or Sales Leader.
- Experience with domestic automotive brands preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Background check.
