Core Responsibilities
Lead the new and used vehicle sales teams-hire, train, coach, and develop high performers.
Run the day-to-day sales operation and showroom activity to ensure strong customer engagement and consistent results.
Partner with the GM/GSM to set and achieve monthly and annual sales, gross profit, and performance goals.
Coach sales consultants on best practices for selling, negotiating, and closing deals.
Track performance, forecast sales, and share results with dealership leadership.
Monitor CSI and ensure timely follow-up to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Step in to resolve customer concerns and ensure issues are handled quickly and professionally.
Build a positive, accountable culture that reflects Genesis' core values.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and all regulations.
What You'll Need
2-3 years of prior Automotive Sales Management experience required.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals with exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.
Ability to train, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance trends and forecast results.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
