Job title: Sales Manager for Asian Market Wage: $66.00 per hour Hours of Work: 38 hours per week Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent Position Language of Work: English Work Location: Richmond, BC Start Date: As soon as possible Job Responsibilities: • Participate in developing and implementing tailored sales strategies to achieve business objectives for the Asian market. • Understand the unique dynamics of the Asian market, including marketing trends, and customer needs by conducting thorough research and analysis • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders in the Asian Market. • Manage and oversee the daily sales operations for the Asian market, including monitoring and tracking sales targets. • Support the establishment and adherence to policies and procedures in relation to sales in the Asian market to ensure compliance with local regulations. • Provide insights into product adaptations or customization for the target market. • Participate in training and mentoring of sales staff, focusing on the Asian market difference. • Provide regular reports on Asian market trends, sales performance, new sales opportunities and competitive activities. • Navigate cultural differences and business practices to build trust and effective communication in various Asian countries. Employment Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or above • At least five (5) years of experience in sales management or a closely related role. • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural business environment and manage multiple priorities.
