JOB SUMMARY The Sales Manager / Estimator leads the reginal company's estimating efforts, providing strategic oversight, technical expertise, and guidance in evaluating project opportunities. This role is responsible for reviewing plans and specifications, developing detailed scopes of work, creating accurate cost estimates, and advising management on which project leads to pursue. The Chief Estimator serves as a key member of the leadership team, collaborating closely with project managers, engineering, and operations to ensure competitive, profitable, and technically sound proposals.
