Full Job Description
As a Sales Leader, Lumber, you will be responsible for leading the execution of Owens Corning's commercial strategy across the Lumber business. This role focuses on driving sales performance, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring consistent execution of sales priorities across the organization.

You will partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance to translate business objectives into actionable sales plans that deliver growth, customer satisfaction, and profitable results. Success in this role requires strong sales leadership, executional excellence, team development, and the ability to influence across functions.

POSITION LOCATION: Eastern United States (Field-Based)
TRAVEL: 60-70%

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the execution of commercial and go-to-market strategies across the Lumber business.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable sales plans, performance expectations, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive day-to-day sales execution across regions, channels, and customer segments.
  • Ensure consistent execution of pricing strategies, customer targeting, value messaging, and sales processes.
  • Monitor sales performance and proactively address gaps to achieve growth objectives.
  • Partner with Marketing to support demand generation, contractor activation, and distribution growth initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of nine sales professionals to maximize performance and engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and coaching discussions to drive accountability and results.
  • Establish clear expectations and reinforce execution excellence throughout the sales organization.
  • Identify capability gaps and implement development plans that strengthen sales effectiveness.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure successful customer execution and fulfillment.
  • Provide leadership with market insights, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and executional recommendations.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of sales tools, processes, and business initiatives.
  • Serve as a key member of the Lumber leadership team, representing commercial performance, market trends, and talent development priorities.
  • Utilize sales analytics, forecasting, and performance metrics to support decision-making and business growth.


Qualifications

  • Ability to travel 60-70%.
