The role
We are seeking an accomplished, growth-oriented Sales Executive to drive new client engagement and expand SEI Professional Services across priority financial services markets. This is not a transactional product-sales role. It is a strategic business development position centered on executive engagement, consultative discovery, opportunity creation, and the pursuit of complex services-led solutions.
The successful candidate will develop trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders, translate client priorities into compelling opportunities, and orchestrate the right combination of SEI expertise to deliver meaningful business outcomes. The role works cross-functionally with enterprise sales, solution consultants, marketing, delivery leaders, and the broader Professional Services organization.

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans that expand SEI Professional Services across banking, wealth management, and adjacent financial services markets.
- Create and qualify new opportunities through executive networking, industry engagement, client referrals, strategic prospecting, targeted outbound activity, and partnership development.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, technology leaders, operations leaders, and other senior decision makers.
- Lead consultative discovery that connects client business challenges to SEIs transformation, technology, data, talent, and execution capabilities.
- Orchestrate solution development with Professional Services leaders, consultants, architects, and subject matter experts to shape differentiated, outcome-oriented proposals.
- Partner with enterprise sales teams to expand existing relationships and introduce Professional Services toclient priorities.
- Respond to sales-related inquiries from a defined subset of existing clients and convert demand into well-qualified opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline; manage activity, opportunity progression, and forecasting discipline in Salesforce or an equivalent CRM platform.
- Collaborate with marketing to strengthen demand generation, refine market messaging, and tailor campaigns for industry needs and service offering.
- Represent SEI Professional Services at client meetings, industry events, and relevant thought-leadership forums.
- Contribute approximately $2.5M 3$3.5M in annual pipeline while building repeatable relationships that support long-term revenue growth.

What we need from you
- At least 8 years of successful sales, business development, or consultative selling experience, with direct exposure to banking, wealth management, asset management, FinTech, consulting, or a similar industry preferred.
- Demonstrated record of proactive lead generation, opportunity creation, and sustained sales performance.
- Experience developing and advancing complex, services-led opportunities with executive stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, someone who takes ownership, creates momentum in undefined markets, tests new paths to growth, and turns ambiguity into actionable client opportunities.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate complex service offerings into clear, client-centric value.
- Excellent communication across in-person meetings, virtual presentations, phone, email, and professional social channels.
- Outstanding time management and organizational discipline, with the ability to manage multiple pursuits and exceed expectations.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM platform to manage pipeline, activity, and forecasting.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% for prospect and client engagements.

Preferred Experience
- Experience selling Professional Services, consulting, technology services, managed services, or transformation programs.
- Knowledge of the wealth management ecosystem and business, operating, and technology priorities shaping the market.
- Experience with digital transformation, technology modernization, cloud and data initiatives, platform migration, systems integration, or application development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and modern software delivery practices.
