The Sales Enablement Manager owns Yotpo's global sales enablement strategy, equipping a fast-growing, multi-segment sales team to sell an expanding product suite with rigor and consistency. This role blends classic sales enablement fundamentals (MEDDPICC, playbooks, onboarding, Gong-driven coaching) with a builder's mindset: designing the systems and self-serve infrastructure that let reps get what they need in the flow of a deal, rather than waiting on enablement to produce it live.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enablement, you'll own enablement across 3 geos and multiple segments (SMB/MM/ENT), partnering closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, and Product Enablement.
What you'll do- Become an expert on the eCommerce industry, as well as Yotpo's products and platform, our key value propositions, and how we solve our customers' challenges in order to inform and create targeted, impactful sales enablement materials and training programs that directly contribute to the effectiveness and success of our Sales team.
- Understand Yotpo's sales process inside and out (including shadowing Sales Reps and Sales Engineers) to gain the context necessary to make your materials and training relevant.
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify performance and skill gaps using Gong and deal data, then design targeted enablement programs that improve seller effectiveness and pipeline execution
- Design and implement onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs and projects, including but not limited to skills and process training.
- Own and continuously reinforce Yotpo's MEDDPICC methodology - training, coaching cadence, and deal-review discipline that holds up long after the kickoff session.
- Build toward a self-serve enablement infrastructure - the tools, search, and knowledge layer that reduce reps' dependency on live sessions - and measure adoption and impact, not just content shipped.
- Bring a point of view on how AI is changing what sales enablement teams should build, and help shape that direction at Yotpo.
What you bring- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or equivalent function at a senior level and 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
- Experience with Gong (an LMS/CMS), Salesforce, and related enablement tooling.
- Deep knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and solution-selling best practices
- A track record of building systems and processes - not just running sessions - with evidence of what actually stuck.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, and evolving your own function as tools and expectations shift.
- Experience collaborating across a global, multi-timezone organization.
- eCommerce/SaaS industry knowledge is a strong plus.

Total Compensation based on experience $100,000 - $115,000
