Sales Director - Mandarin Fluency Required

We are currently hiring a Sales Director to work across our five locations: Los Angeles (Koreatown), Hacienda Heights, Diamond Bar, Brea, and Irvine. This is a new role that connects our locations and helps every member of our sales team convert at the level of our best. The role has two sides: you'll be a strong medical aesthetics consultant selling directly to clients, and you'll help us build and grow our sales organization. Add what you learn to the Deluxe sales playbook. - Develop, document, and oversee a structured sales onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching program for new hires and new locations, leveraging the Deluxe Sales Playbook. - Own the continued sales development of consultants, including sales techniques, product and service knowledge, and performance improvement. Keep training materials and coaching plans current as the playbook evolves to ensure consistent sales practices across all Deluxe locations. - Consolidate location performance into a weekly report to leadership, and support quarterly business reviews. - Monitor Google and Yelp reviews daily across all locations, help maintain a 4.5-star rating or higher, respond professionally to negative reviews, and flag complaint patterns. - Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients, managers, and staff, and practice client confidentiality in accordance with applicable privacy laws and company policy. Requirements - 2+ years of consultative sales experience in medical aesthetics, a med spa, or a similar client-facing, high-ticket environment (package or prepaid program sales a plus) - Proven closer who is still eager to learn and improve - Interest in coaching others and building a sales team; experience training consultants a plus - Fluency in English and Mandarin required to effectively communicate with our client base and team - Highly organized, with strong written communication and consistent follow-through - Proficient with spreadsheets and virtual meetings; Zenoti experience preferred - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between all five locations weekly - Respectful of experienced teammates, and able to earn credibility by learning first Benefits - Pay: $100,000-$135,000 total compensation - Clear growth path to lead sales training and new location launches - Health insurance - 401(k) - Employee treatments and services discounts
