DESCRIPTION

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. We currently have a need for experienced sales consultants. Previous auto sales experience is preferred. Must have the ability to learn quickly and work with multiple customers at the same time.

High Volume Store - New & Used Inventory

$30/hr. Training pay first month

Signing bonus available for experienced sales consultants

After 30 day training period, pay is based on a highly competitive commission structure plus ramp up bonuses

High earning potential can exceed $100,000 per year.

This is a full-time position

Job Responsibilities include:
  • Ability to work with multiple customers at once
  • Business Casual dress code
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Welcoming customers every day
  • Walking with customers outside to show vehicles
  • Making/Answering phone calls
  • Test drive customers
  • Ability to drive vehicles responsibly
  • Be knowledgeable about the product line and incoming inventory.
  • Communicating effectively both in-person and over the phone to discover the customer's wants and needs.
  • Helping customers select a vehicle
  • Negotiating and finishing the transaction


Candidates with experience in any of these fields can succeed as an Automotive Sales Consultant:

Retail commission sales, financial services, real estate, medical equipment sales, technology sales, RV sales, membership sales or product service sales such as internet access or mobile phones. consultative sales, recruiter, counselors, advisors, coaches, teachers, fundraising and public relations.
