Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our premium window and door products. You'll help customers find the right solution for their home through in-home consultations, product demonstrations, and personalized recommendations.

At Renewal by Andersen, you'll represent a trusted brand with industry-leading products that homeowners already know and value. You'll focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering solutions that help homeowners improve their homes.
Responsibilities- Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Help homeowners identify the best window and door solutions for their needs.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through installation.
- Partner with Installation Managers to ensure accurate project measurements using video technology.
- Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience during every interaction.
Qualifications- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals.
- A confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Tech savvy and comfortable using modern tools to support your workflow.
- Adaptable, coachable, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid U.S. driver's license.
- Flexibility to meet customers during evenings and weekends.
