Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and lead sales for assigned accounts, territories, or industries, including identifying and recruiting strategic partners.
  • Promote and sell Agilent's products and solutions to new and existing customers, ensuring they are advised of the latest product introductions.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, ensuring customer happiness and encouraging long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Proactively understand customer needs, determine solutions, and build business opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, tackle problems, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years validated experience, with the ability to work independently.
  • Solid understanding of laboratory workflows and systems, particularly in the biopharmaceutical market.
  • Hands-on experience with LC/MS and small and large molecule separation is helpful.
  • Confirmed problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.


Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least June 11, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted. It is sales incentive eligible. In the US, this position is eligible for reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $125,190.00 - $208,650.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
