Full Job Description
If you9re a team player who wants to make a big impact, this Sales Advisor role at Lease End is for you. You will receive inbound phone calls from drivers who are ending their lease. Your job is to build trust over the phone and convert the driver into an opportunity for the company. We do this by gathering basic vehicle information, getting their vehicle payoff amount, and filling out a credit application. Once the application is submitted, your job is done and you will get paid regardless of whether they choose to use Lease End9s services.

Responsibilities:
3 Take inbound phone calls and convert them into opportunities
3 Follow guidelines within our software to get the correct documents filled out
3 Be detail oriented so all paperwork is completed properly
3 Ensure the customer has a 5-star sales experience using our services
Requirements:
3 Work in office at our Twin Falls location 5 days a week
3 Ability to properly help the customer understand the benefits of using Lease End instead of the car dealership
3 Ability to effectively build trust over a phone call
3 Demonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
3 Proven ability to be metrics- and results-driven!
Pay: $4,000 - $10,000 + per month
