Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies, procedures, and programs.
Lead and maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems, including documentation, internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate external ISO certification audits and ensure ongoing compliance.
Manage and administer the company's KPA Safety Management System.
Utilize Novara Environmental software to manage environmental compliance, inspections, reporting, and corrective actions.
Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors.

Investigate accidents, near misses, environmental incidents, and property damage events using root cause analysis.
