Safety Manager, you are a visible leader on the jobsite, helping ensure everyone goes home safe each day. You are responsible for coordinating and executing safety requirements on your assigned project while partnering closely with field teams and subcontractors to promote safe work practices and shared accountability.
This role leads the implementation of site-specific safety orientations, reinforces expectations through daily presence, and conducts documented weekly safety inspections to identify and address potential risks. By guiding teams and setting clear standards, the Safety Manager helps build a strong safety culture where safe behavior is embedded in how the work gets done-not just on the jobsite, but beyond it because we only live one life and protecting our people is non-negotiable.

- You conduct thorough, documented weekly safety inspections, identifying trends, correcting deficiencies, and following up to ensure issues are resolved and standards are maintained.
- You partner closely with project teams and subcontractors to plan safe work for critical activities such as concrete pours, steel erection, confined space work, and elevated work.
- You know how to enforce safety requirements consistently and respectfully, holding teams accountable while maintaining strong working relationships on site.
