Safety Coordinator to support day to day safety programs and activities at our Bolingbrook, IL Facility.
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership, with respect to all safety and compliance related job requirements at the Bolingbrook, IL facility. This individual acts as the primary contact and supports company-wide continuous safety excellence. The Coordinator plays a critical role in improving the overall safety culture of the workplace, including assessing safety, enforcing safety standards, and educating employees.
- This is a salaried position with a complete benefit package reporting to the Plant Manager.
- The compensation range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000, in addition to KENT standard benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k). Final compensation is subject to variation based on the candidate's skills, job responsibilities, location and other pertinent factors.
