Your drive determines your paycheck. Successful team members generally earn
$50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify!
We Invest in Your Success from Day One. Starting out, you'll enjoy the stability of a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles.
What You'll Do:- Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
- Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
- Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
- Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
What You'll Need to Have for the Role:- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
- Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
- Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
- Valid driver's license required
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Washington, you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
