YOUR ROLEAs Senior Manager, Standalone Residential Finance & HOA, you will support the financial management, governance, and operational readiness of Rosewood's growing portfolio of standalone residential properties and their respective homeowners' associations. Working closely with the Senior Director, Residential Finance, Global, you will help establish and maintain the financial infrastructure, reporting frameworks, processes, and controls required to support each residence from development and pre-opening through stabilization and ongoing operations.
You will serve as a trusted finance partner to Residential Operations and property leadership teams, providing hands-on financial support across budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, HOA governance, pre-opening readiness, compliance, and long-term financial planning. Through disciplined financial practices and practical business partnership, you will help protect the integrity of Rosewood's residential operations and contribute to the long-term success of each community.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE- Support financial oversight across Rosewood's standalone residential portfolio, including review of HOA financial performance, cash flow, reserves, receivables, payables, budget variances, and other key financial indicators.
- Lead the finance workstream for standalone residential pre-openings, establishing the budgets, forecasts, accounting structures, banking arrangements, payment processes, financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks required for operational readiness.
- Coordinate annual operating budgets, periodic forecasts, pre-opening expenditure tracking, financial modelling, reserve planning, and long-term financial analyses that support informed operational and strategic decision-making.
- Review financial reporting and accounting activity across multiple residential entities, including general ledgers, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, management fees, reimbursable expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and supporting schedules.
- Support HOA and Association financial governance by preparing financial materials for Board and homeowner audiences and coordinating audits, reserve studies, tax requirements, compliance activities, and third-party financial services.
- Partner with Residential Operations, Development, Legal, property leadership teams, owners, developers, and external providers to strengthen financial performance, reporting, controls, transitions, and Rosewood's evolving standalone residential operating model.
COULD THIS BE YOU?- You bring progressive experience in accounting, finance, or financial management, ideally within real estate, branded residential, luxury hospitality, property management, or an HOA or Association environment.
- You have a strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting principles, cash flow management, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
- You are comfortable working across multiple legal entities, financial structures, properties, and stakeholder groups while maintaining accuracy, organization, and appropriate financial controls.
- You can translate complex financial information into clear insights and practical recommendations for property leaders, operational partners, homeowners, Board members, and other stakeholders.
- You thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, balancing multiple priorities while helping establish new processes, infrastructure, standards, and reporting practices.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification, or progress toward one, would be advantageous but is not required.
OUR BENEFITSAs part of our team, you'll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work - including medical coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, complimentary room nights, learning and career development opportunities, and industry-leading paid parental leave available to eligible associates across all paths to parenthood.
