Job Description Description:
The Ontario Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) Species at Risk Branch (SARB) is responsible for the administration and issuance of Registrations under the new Species Conservation Act (SCA), 2025. The objective of this project is to build a modern online Registration system for both external and internal users.
Technology stack: Microsoft Dynamics CRM (backoffice), MuleSoft (middleware) and Java/React (public facing portal)
This position is to develop public facing portal for Registration and Permit workflows (NextJS, TypeScript, React) for Ontario public and integrate this backoffice developed in MS Dynamics CRM via Mulesoft middleware.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
Must Haves:
React- 5+ years / Javascript - 5+ years / Typescript - 5+ years / HTML 5.0, CSS 5+ years
Node such as NPM - 5+ years / RXJS - 5+ years / Bootstrap, jQuery - 3+ years

Prior OPS exp or public exp.
