Governance, Risk & Compliance:
Leadthe development and maintenance of project governance artifacts, includingProject Charters, Project Change Requests (PCRs), business cases, decisionrecords, risk registers, status reports, and executive briefing materials.
Identify,assess, and manage product risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigationstrategies.
Ensurecompliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and regulatoryrequirements.
Leador support Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), Threat Risk Assessments(TRA), Security Risk Assessments, and other governance reviews.
Participatein governance, investment planning, architecture review, and portfoliomanagement processes.
Maintaingovernance artifacts, status reporting, financial tracking, and portfolioinformation within approved tools (e.g., Planview).
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, BusinessAnalysis, or related IT leadership roles.
Demonstratedexperience leading enterprise-scale digital products from strategy throughdelivery and ongoing operations.
Experienceworking within Agile, Scrum, and Lean product delivery environments.
Provenexperience managing complex stakeholder environments and influencingexecutive decision-making.
Experienceconducting product discovery, requirements elicitation, and roadmapdevelopment.
Technical Knowledge:
Strongunderstanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud technologies,APIs, integration patterns, and application modernization.
Experiencewith Microsoft technologies including:
Dynamics365
PowerPlatform
Azure
Dataverse
Experienceoverseeing or participating in PIA, TRA, and related risk and complianceactivities.
Strongunderstanding of product lifecycle management and digital servicedelivery.
