Qualifications
- Sales experience in Residential Roofing or construction market selling products/services to property management companies, asset managers, insurance agents, building owners, developers, and general contracting firms.
- Experience with residential roofing systems, materials, and installation preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to finish, including estimating, scheduling, and customer communication.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
