Description
Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated, high energy results-driven Roofing Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods, perform roof inspections, and guide homeowners through repair or replacement options, including the insurance claim process when applicable. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment with strong earning potential.
Requirements
- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
- Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
- Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
- Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals
- Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
- Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
Qualifications:- Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
- Sales experience preferred; roofing or construction experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
