About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Preconstruction team in our regional office in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
Read and understand construction design documents and specifications.
Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.
Manage cost and design issues throughout project phases.
Coordinate and manage trades, with exposure to BIM processes.
Oversee all purchasing required to support projects, including scope coordination, proposal evaluation, trade negotiations, and contracting.
