Roadway Design Technical Manager

As our Roadway Design Technical Manager, you9ll play a key role in delivering complex roadway projects across Georgia while helping develop the next generation of engineering talent. This position offers the opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise, mentorship, and project leadership to make a lasting impact on our clients and communities.

This hybrid position offers flexibility to balance in-office collaboration at our Atlanta office with remote work.
Key Projects Shaping Communities Across Georgia

Our Georgia Division is delivering impactful infrastructure and community development projects that showcase the breadth of our expertise and commitment to improving the places where people live, work, and connect:
  • West Broad Roundabout - Design of a complex five-legged, multi-lane roundabout on a state route, with construction scheduled to begin this year
  • North Oconee River Greenway (Athens, GA) - Successful delivery of two greenway improvement projects that enhance connectivity and recreational opportunities within the community
  • Firefly Trail (Athens, GA) - Ongoing multi-phase trail development, with one phase completed and another currently under construction
  • Langley Park & North Augusta Amphitheater - Completed park and amphitheater projects that have created vibrant public spaces for recreation, events, and community engagement
