Required

JOB DUTIES

Serves as a facilitator to nurse and patient care technician residents and actively mentors and supports their growth in the profession and clinical practice.
Works collaboratively with clinical leaders to properly identify and prioritize goals and objectives to meet the needs of the department and/or organization.
Provide educational programs on a formal and informal basis.
Perform one staffing shift on your assigned unit, Biweekly.
Performs other duties as assigned.
