Full Job Description
We are looking for an RN that will perform initial intake assessments, supervisory visits and follow-up visits to home care patients. This RN will primarily be asked to see patients in the Queens and Western Nassau Regions. Qualifications NYS RN license, current PPD/Chest X-ray, current physical, MMR record, and liability insurance.
