As the RN Supervisor in Grass Valley, you'll provide clinical leadership, coach and develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional care for every patient we serve.
Hourly Pay: $52.65-$60.00

What You'll Do:- Lead and support your Pod's nursing team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
- Oversee daily clinic flow, including pre-visit assessments for new patients, medication reconciliation, setting visit agendas, and providing patient education.
- Deliver and guide patient care services such as admission interviews, documentation, and timely movement of patients through their visit.
- Manage accurate medication reconciliation for patients with complex needs.
- Triage patient phone calls using strong clinical judgment and nursing best practices.
What You'll Bring:- RN License, current and in good standing with the state of California
- Two years RN experience.
- Current CPR Certificate.
