RN: Registered Nurse Unit Manager - Pediatric Skilled Nursing St. Margaret's Center | Albany, NY
Full Time | Day Shift | No Weekends!
Pay: $55-$63/hour based on experience
RN: Registered Nurse Unit Manager Qualifications:
Active New York State RN license
Active CPR certification
At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience
At least 1 year of leadership or management experience in long-term care
Must be at least 18 years old

Review resident records and complete assessments
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff through coaching, delegation, performance management, and staff development
Ensure accurate documentation and physician order compliance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, residents, and families to coordinate care and improve outcomes
Support quality improvement initiatives, infection control standards and survey readiness
