Overview
This full-time night shift med/surg observation RN position is responsible for providing both direct and indirect nursing care to patients within the unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services. The role requires a solid understanding of departmental and hospital policies that guide the delivery of safe and effective nursing care. Strong interpretive skills and sound clinical judgment are essential, as the nurse will engage in frequent interactive, consultative, and collaborative communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Practice
Facilitate, implement, and evaluate the Patient Plan of Care and corresponding outcomes.
