RN or LPN - Night Shift

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Wisconsin
• Experience in long-term care or similar settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work NOC shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills for documentation and care planning

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate nursing services for assigned residents
• Supervise and implement care plans as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to the healthcare team
• Ensure residents' dignity, comfort, and well-being
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Assist with training and mentoring of junior staff
