Salary: $95,000-$110,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

- A minimum of two years of experience as an RN
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required
- Strong clinical background in geriatric Home Health is required
- Must have OASIS experience
Required Certifications and Licensures:- Must possess a current unrestricted RN license in state of agency operation
- Current CPR Certification required
