Responsibilities:- Coordinate resident care with a "hands on" management style
- Develop, review, and revise nursing and clinical policies
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Lead in the recruitment of qualified staff and conduct interviews
- Monitor the use of supplies and equipment to ensure cost controls
- Promote an atmosphere of respect, professional growth, and encouragement for all nursing staff members
Qualifications and Skills:- 3 years of supervisory experience (required)
- 5 years of experience in Long Term Care (required)
- Registered Nurse License (required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (required)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
