Responsibilities

The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivery, and evaluating training programs for healthcare professionals, with a focus on clinical skills and competencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health staff, to enhance clinical skills and competencies
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops, to facilitate effective learning experiences
  • Deliver training sessions in various formats, such as in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and on-the-job coaching, ensuring content is delivered effectively to meet diverse learning styles
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and continuously improve training programs based on results and participant feedback
  • Provide individualized coaching and support to healthcare professionals to address performance gaps and enhance clinical competencies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in healthcare education and training, and incorporate relevant updates into training programs
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Operations, to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational objectives and priorities
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes to track progress and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Act as a resource and mentor for new hires, providing guidance and support to facilitate their integration into the organization
