Full-Time Days / Monday - Friday Schedule / Benefits Eligible

RN must be Chemo Certified and Oncology experience

Summary:
Oversees all clinical aspects of the practice, including, but not limited to patient flow, orders, lab and radiology results, patient education, appointment and surgery scheduling, pre-authorizations and pre-certifications. Makes sure that the continuity of care is maintained in obtaining previous patient medical data. Provides general nursing care to patients in physician office following established standards of practice. In conjunction with Practice Manager, supervises clinical personnel and facilitates day-to-day operations within the practice structure as it relates to clinical staff.

Formal Education Required:
a. Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required, BSN preferred
b. Graduate of a program of professional nursing that is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)
c. Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio

Experience and Training Required:
-Two years of clinical experience.

Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications
-Certification in Nursing specialty preferred.
-Population Specific Competency: ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.

$34.00/hr - $50.99/hr

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
