Graphic DesignerPurpose of the RoleThe Graphic Designer supports the RFP function by producing accurate, on‑brand design for proposals and presentations, ensuring deadlines are met and design standards are consistently applied.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Execution
- Produce PowerPoint presentations and proposal documents using approved templates.
- Apply brand and design guidelines consistently.
- Implement feedback accurately and efficiently.
Operational Support
- Support Senior Designers and the Design Manager on live RFPs.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with clear communication on progress.
Accuracy & Standards
- Check work for formatting, consistency, and visual accuracy before handover.
- Follow agreed folder structures, version control, and filing standards.
Learning & Development
- Build understanding of RFP processes and proposal expectations.
- Develop technical design capability over time.
Qualifications & Experience- 1–3 years’ experience in graphic or presentation design.
- Strong PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000-120,000. The base salary range is based on level and does not include other types of compensation such as discretionary bonus or benefits.
