Job Description Summary:The Assistant Manager, Designer - Graphic / Package / Digital is responsible for developing creative assets across product packaging, E-Commerce, retail communication, and digital channels.
This position will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to maintain consistent brand identity and create effective visual communication for existing products, new product launches, and new Hair Brand initiatives.
Job Description:Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
- Professional experience in Graphic, Package, or Digital Design preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required.
- Experience with packaging design and production-ready artwork preferred.
- Experience creating E-Commerce / Website / Social Media assets is a plus.
- Beauty, Fashion, Consumer Product, or Lifestyle Brand experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio required.
- Korean-English bilingual is a plus.

The anticipated compensation range is
65,000.00 - 105,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
