About the RoleAs Revenue Operations Manager, you'll own the systems, tooling, and enablement that Posh's GTM teams run on every day. You'll be the person who knows how the CRM is wired, why a lead routed where it did, which dashboards leadership trusts, and what a new rep needs in their first 30 days to ramp.
Your primary mandate is the GTM tech stack and the data in it: architecture, automation, integrations, reporting, hygiene, and the enablement that gets teams actually using it. Alongside that, you'll own the operational side of compensation and planning: administering commissions and quotas, building quota and capacity models, and supporting annual and quarterly planning with clean numbers and working tooling.
You'll report to the Head of Finance, partner closely with GTM leadership, and be the day-to-day point person for Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, and Support.
This is an in-person position (5 days a week) at our SoHo, NYC office. What You'll Own & Achieve- Own the GTM systems stack: Administer and architect the CRM and surrounding tools (prospecting, enrichment, routing, sequencing, CS platform, forecasting, reporting, AI tooling) while auditing to ensure data accuracy. Own integrations, automation, permissions, field design, and the roadmap for what we buy, build, or retire.
- Keep the data decision-ready: Define object models, lifecycle stages, and data standards across the funnel. Run CRM hygiene, dedupe, and data quality monitoring so pipeline, forecast, and account data can be trusted without manual cleanup.
- Run enablement: Own onboarding and ramp for new GTM hires, ongoing training on process and tooling, playbook and collateral management, and adoption tracking. Make sure every process you ship is one the team actually uses.
- Build reporting and dashboards: Deliver the standard set of pipeline, funnel, forecast, activity, and post-sale (NRR, churn, renewals, adoption) reporting that leadership runs on, and make it self-serve where possible.
- Administer compensation and commissions: Own monthly and quarterly commission calculations, comp plan documentation, rep disputes and exceptions, and SPIF tracking. Partner with Finance on accuracy, accruals, and payout timing, and on plan design changes.
- Own quota and capacity models: Build and maintain quota allocation, territory and book-of-business assignments, ramp assumptions, and capacity models. Keep them current as headcount, segments, and targets change.
- Support planning cycles: Provide the data, models, and tooling behind annual and quarterly GTM planning (headcount, quotas, coverage, pipeline targets), and translate approved plans into CRM configuration, quotas, and reporting.
- Own channel attribution and conversion: Know every path an organizer takes to Posh (outbound, inbound, paid, affiliates, Campus, events, renewals). Make sure every lead and deal is tagged to the right source and owner. Maintain one GMV attribution model for all teams, and track conversion by channel from first touch to first event live.
