Full Job Description
Revenue Operations Business Applications Manager
This role owns the operational backbone and field-readiness infrastructure of the GTM organization: wiring together the systems, integrations, and workflows that power the sales process, and building the enablement programs, content, and support model that keep the field self-sufficient. This is a systems and enablement role - it does not own executive or regional reporting, dashboards, KPI visibility, or field-facing data hygiene enforcement, which sit with the Sales Operations/Reporting function.
Business Application Wiring
Own end-to-end configuration and integration architecture across the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Partner Portal, and adjacent tools), ensuring systems are correctly wired together and data flows cleanly between them.
Lead technical implementation of new tools, including configuration, integration build, sync/API health monitoring, and troubleshooting when systems break or drift out of sync.
Make recommendations on Salesforce architecture decisions related to data model design, automation (flows, validation rules, assignment rules), and deduplication logic - defining the business standards other teams build against.
Maintain living documentation of the tech stack: system-of-record map by data object, integration architecture diagrams, and admin runbooks for troubleshooting.
Own vendor technical relationships for GTM tools - evaluating new tools for integration feasibility, managing implementation timelines, and auditing feature utilization to inform renew/replace decisions.
Partner with IT/Engineering on system design for new or changing sales processes, translating business requirements into technical specifications and build plans.
Enablement & Support
Own the RevOps support queue end-to-end: triage tickets related to sales process, tooling, and Salesforce; identify recurring themes; and route root-cause fixes into process, tooling, or content changes.
Own onboarding architecture for new hires - structured ramp plans, tooling access, and milestone check-ins through the first 90 days.
Own the enablement content platform and knowledge base: information architecture, version control, and periodic content audits to retire stale material.
Identify and make recommendations to Leadership on tooling gaps and sales-facing material needs.
Process & Documentation
Build and maintain process documentation across the full lead-to-cash lifecycle, focused on how systems and tools support each stage from lead routing, opportunity management, approvals, contracting, and post-sale handoffs.
Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them through process redesign, automation, or tooling changes.
Collaborate with RevOps on cross-functional process initiatives from problem definition through requirements, technical build, piloting, and rollout, partnering with leadership to shape the broader systems and process roadmap.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems, with a focus on Salesforce administration and systems architecture.
Deep hands-on Salesforce experience: data model design, automation build (flows, validation rules), integrations, and administrative configuration. Salesforce Admin certification a plus.
Experience implementing and integrating GTM tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience building and maintaining structured knowledge bases or enablement content platforms. SharePoint experience a plus.
Strong written communication skills for technical documentation and training content creation.
Advanced Excel proficiency for structured data work (formulas, pivot tables) - used for systems/data organization, not executive reporting.
Actively incorporates AI tools into daily workflows to work more efficiently, with strong fluency in applying new AI capabilities as they emerge
Strong sense of ownership and urgency, with a track record of taking initiative and operating comfortably in ambiguity.
Strong prioritization skills to manage competing technical and enablement requests across a varied, often unpredictable workload.
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
