The Revenue Operations Analyst supports the firm's corporate revenue programs and its enterprise technology and data agreements, working with program owners to maintain data, prepare reporting, track obligations, and coordinate follow-up. This role works across Sales, Operations, Growth, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Marketing, and Technology.
The firm is scaling a set of corporate revenue programs, including strategic partnerships, qualified leads, and managed accounts, that generate revenue alongside the agent platform. It is also expanding a centralized model for the enterprise software and data agreements that support the field. Both require the same discipline: clean attribution, tracked obligations, recurring reporting, and a clear view of what the firm earns and what it spends. This role supports that discipline and prepares the reporting that shows what each program and agreement returns.
The base salary range for this role is $115,000- $130,000 per year. This position is eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus. The exact bonus is not guaranteed and will vary based on individual performance, team results, and company performance. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted salary ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations. These ranges may not reflect potential compensation for positions based in other states or regions.
ResponsibilitiesRevenue Program Operations. Support the day-to-day operations across the firm's corporate revenue programs: strategic partnerships, qualified leads, and managed accounts. Working alongside each program's owner, maintain the operating flow and attribution model for each within the CRM, and help extend them as the programs evolve. Reconcile partner-reported figures against internal data and flag variances and amounts owed for resolution. Document program rules and standard operating procedures as they are agreed. Recommend changes to program design where the data warrants. Support partner relationship coverage as the portfolio scales.
Revenue Tech Stack & Vendor Governance. Maintain a firmwide inventory of the platforms, data subscriptions, and productivity tools the sales organization runs on. Track contract terms, cost, license counts, and utilization for each, so renewal decisions are made on evidence. Run a central calendar of obligations, renewals, and notice periods spanning partner and vendor agreements. Provide the usage and cost analysis that informs subscription strategy and consolidation decisions, and support tool evaluation and renewal negotiations. Support day-to-day vendor communications for select tools, including reporting requests, escalation tracking, and renewal preparation.
Agent Support Spend. Run the day-to-day process for agent support dollars: partner with Accounting on attribution, maintain the approval and provisioning workflow, and prepare reporting on utilization and cost allocation. Help shape how allocations are tracked as the program formalizes.
Financial Attribution & Reporting. Prepare the recurring reporting that connects program and agreement performance to the firm's financials, covering attribution accuracy, referral conversion, managed account performance, and return on engagement. Apply consistent measurement standards from launch so programs can be compared as they scale. Partner with Accounting and FP&A so revenue earned and spend committed are attributed, invoiced, and recorded correctly, connecting program and vendor economics to the firm's P&L. Report on program impact for market, divisional, and finance leadership.
