Position Description:

CGI is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Product Manager to support an end-to-end wealth management platform for a Tier 1 financial services client. This role will partner closely with senior business executives and cross-functional technology teams to define, design, and deliver platform capabilities aligned with the overall product strategy and roadmap.

The ideal candidate will bring strong wealth management domain expertise, particularly across trading platforms, managed accounts, portfolio accounting, and the trade lifecycle. This individual will also serve as a trusted partner to the client while providing guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and other product team members.

This position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid work model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Lead product management activities for an end-to-end wealth management platform.
. Partner with senior business executives and stakeholders to translate business objectives into platform capabilities and product priorities.
. Align product strategy, business requirements, and priorities with the overall product roadmap.
. Collaborate with cross-functional business, technology, UX, development, QA, and delivery teams.
. Develop clear functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
. Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements and solution design through development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
. Drive delivery of platform capabilities within an Agile development framework.
. Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as required, to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements.
. Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board for client initiatives, product enhancements, and strategic priorities.
. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts and other product team members.
. Identify and escalate opportunities for additional services or outsourcing, as appropriate.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. At least 5 years of experience in Wealth Management
. Wealth Management experience, specifically with trading platforms and extensive experience with managed accounts (UMA, SMAs, etc.)
. Understanding of wealth management portfolio accounting in a UMA environment and trade lifecycle
. Familiarity with trading in a multi custody environment
. Product Management experience, including writing functional requirements / technical requirements
. Familiarity with UX design principles
. User Acceptance Testing experience
. Familiarity with other trading platforms a plus
. Knowledge of wealth management regulations and trends
. Experience working within an agile delivery framework

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $133,900 - 234,300.
