The RoleVeho has an incredible product-market fit, a product that clients, consumers, and driver-partners genuinely love, and a massive market in front of us. The opportunity now is to build the revenue marketing engine that matches that momentum.
We are hiring a Director of Revenue Marketing to own that engine end to end: the person responsible for turning market opportunity into consistent, predictable pipeline and, ultimately, revenue.
The challenge is simple: not every great-fit client is in market at the exact moment we want them to be. In a category with long buying cycles and big commercial decisions, winning means showing up long before the RFP, staying relevant while priorities shift, and being the obvious choice when a buyer is finally ready to move.
You will build the system that keeps Veho in front of the right accounts across paid media, nurture, referrals, ABM, retargeting, while creating new ways to generate demand now. You will decide where we invest, what we test, what we stop doing, and how Marketing, Sales, and RevOps operate together around one shared view of pipeline.
And you are not inheriting a finished machine. Some of the pieces exist; the full engine does not. You get to build it.
This is a rare chance to join a company with real momentum and shape how it goes to market at the moment when the foundation matters most. You will have the freedom to build, the commercial accountability to know whether it is working, and a product that clients, consumers, and driver-partners genuinely love.
The right person will find that incredibly energizing.
What You'll DoBuild the engine that captures Veho's market opportunity. Own the strategy and execution across new-logo acquisition, nurture, referrals, paid media, ABM, retargeting, and conversion. Connect those pieces into one system designed to create consistent, predictable pipeline across our priority segments.
Create an always-on demand motion. Build the programs, sequencing, content, triggers, and experiences that keep Veho relevant before a prospect is ready to buy, then create clear paths from engagement to qualified pipeline when they are.
Generate pipeline, not activity. Work backward from SQOs, pipeline, and revenue to decide where Marketing should invest. Build a culture of experimentation across channels, scale what works quickly, and stop doing what does not.
Turn referrals into a growth channel. Take what has historically been informal or episodic and build a repeatable, always-on program with clear mechanics, incentives, ownership, and measurement.
Make paid media accountable to the business. Own our paid media strategy and agency relationship, including budget allocation, channel mix, testing, and performance. The standard is not clicks, impressions, or cost per lead; it is whether our investment creates qualified pipeline efficiently.
Build the operating rhythm with Sales and RevOps. Establish a shared cadence around MQLs, SQLs, SQOs, closed-won, and closed-lost performance. Create the attribution and reporting needed to understand what is creating pipeline, where prospects are getting stuck, and what we should do differently.
Build new motions from the ground up. Test new acquisition channels, lay the groundwork for account-based programs in priority verticals, and constantly look for the next scalable source of demand.
Use AI to make the engine smarter. Apply AI to targeting, segmentation, nurture, optimization, experimentation, and analysis. We are not interested in AI as a side project; we want someone who uses it to make better decisions and move faster every day.
What You BringExperience- 7+ years across revenue marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or a related discipline
- 2+ years owning a demand or revenue marketing function end to end, not simply managing a single channel
- Experience building or materially rebuilding a demand engine in a high-growth B2B or B2B2C environment
- Direct experience owning paid media strategy and managing agency relationships with clear, dollar-tied performance accountability
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and RevOps around pipeline, attribution, funnel performance, and revenue
- Experience marketing products with considered buying cycles where the majority of the market is not actively buying at any given moment
How you work- 0-to-1 builder. You have built the system before, not just inherited one and optimized it.
- Commercial operator. You think in SQOs, pipeline, conversion, and revenue first; marketing activity metrics come second.
- Systems thinker. You see paid, nurture, referrals, ABM, and conversion as parts of one connected engine and can quickly diagnose where it is breaking.
- Mechanism designer. You can take something informal, inconsistent, or manual and turn it into a repeatable system with clear rules, ownership, and measurement.
- Analytical. You are comfortable getting into the data, building attribution logic, and making investment decisions without waiting for an agency or dashboard to tell you what to think.
- Structured experimenter. You test instead of debate. You move quickly, learn quickly, kill what does not work, and scale what does.
- AI-forward. AI is already part of how you target, analyze, optimize, and execute. You can point to tangible ways it has made your work better.
- Player-coach. You can set the strategy and still get deeply into the work yourself, especially while the function is being built.
- Cross-functional influencer. You can align Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and senior leaders around a shared view of what is working, what is not, and what happens next.
- High agency. You do not wait for perfect information or a fully written playbook. You make the call, move the work forward, and own the outcome.
