JOB PURPOSE

PHINIA is seeking a Retail Strategic Account Manager to join our North America Aftermarket team! This strategic position will be located remotely and will include frequent travel to our key Aftermarket customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop initiatives to expand market share and drive sustainable revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate and build annual business plans with retail partners focused on inventory availability, merchandising, and promotional planning to maximize sell-through.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract agreements that ensure profitability and competitive positioning.
  • Partner with internal insights and analytics teams to monitor sales performance and guide strategic decisions.
  • Align with marketing and product teams on launches, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
  • Manage communication across sales, operations, and logistics to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Provide insights and feedback for new product development based on customer input and market intelligence.
  • Lead forecasting, budget planning, manage sales margins, and monitor key financial performance indicators.
  • Represent retail sales in leadership discussions and company-wide initiatives.


What we're looking for:
