Full Job Description
As a Management Consulting Senior Manager within the Banking Consulting practice, you are a strategic advisor and visionary leader, setting direction for large-scale transformation programs that leverage AI, data, and automation. Retail banks are engaging Accenture to partner on their most critical transformations, benefit from leading-edge thought leadership, and modernize their business and technology models. You guide C-suite and executive stakeholders, drive innovation, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple engagements. You shape enterprise-wide strategies, mentor future leaders, and champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Skills include:
• Shape enterprise-wide data and AI strategies that align business goals with technology outcomes
• Set vision and strategy for large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs leveraging AI, data, and automation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executive stakeholders
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends in AI, data, and banking technology and converting them into client value
• Oversee delivery excellence across multiple engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
• Mentor and develop future leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Collaborate across Accenture's ecosystem to deliver One Accenture value to clients
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday)
What You Need:
• A combined 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Management consulting experience
• Consumer lending/mortgage lending experience
• Core banking experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams delivering complex projects
• A Bachelor's degree
Bonus Points:
• Experience with agentic AI use case deployment or building AI agents for banking workflows
• Experience with channel modernization/ transformation (branch, contact center, digital)
• Hands-on exposure to generative AI solutions and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and data governance frameworks
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to innovate beyond traditional consulting approaches
• Proficiency in visual storytelling tools (PowerPoint, data visualization platforms)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
