SERVPRO Team Spinner is hiring a hands-on Restoration Supervisor to lead crews, run quality projects, and develop technicians. It is designed for a field leader who wants to build the scoping, estimating, scheduling, and people-management skills required for the next levelWhat You Will Own•
Lead the jobsiteCoordinate water, fire, mold, and cleaning work from arrival through completion.

Build the scopeComplete room-by-room inspections and capture accurate scope, sketch, photos, moisture readings, and job notes in DocuSketch.
•
Develop the crewSet clear expectations, coach technicians, inspect their work, and correct quality or documentation gaps.
•
Protect the customer experienceExplain the restoration process, obtain required signatures, provide updates, and complete the final walkthrough.
•
Control and communicateManage safety, labor, equipment, consumables, and same-day updates to the Restoration Manager and office team.
Your Path to Restoration ManagerAs performance grows, the Supervisor will receive structured training and stretch assignments in:
• Reviewing technician and supervisor scopes, DocuSketch files, and estimates
• Helping lead WIP meetings, crew scheduling, dispatch, and resource planning
• Building project timelines and labor budgets; reviewing costs, profitability, and customer concerns
Advancement is based on demonstrated readiness, sustained performance, leadership approval, and an available business need.
What We Are Looking For• At least one year of restoration, cleaning, or construction experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver license and a dependable, safety-focused work record
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills; comfort using mobile technology
• DocuSketch and IICRC certifications preferred; ability to meet physical demands and work some evenings, weekends, and on-call assignments

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
