Per Diem | Day Shift
Pay between $36-$50/hour(based on experience & shift differential)
Requirements for a Respiratory Therapist - - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in respiratory therapy required
- Must have a broad knowledge of respiratory care standards, with experience working with tracheostomies (trachs) and individuals with MR/DD (intellectual and developmental disabilities)
What you'll do as a Respiratory Therapist -- Provide cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with physician orders, departmental policies, and established clinical standards
- Assess, treat, and monitor pediatric and adolescent residents with cardiopulmonary conditions
- Administer respiratory therapies, including tracheostomy care and airway management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient responses
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
