RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Customer Engagement:
Demonstrate strong communication skills, actively listening to customers' needs and concerns
Clearly explain electrical issues and proposed solutions
Provide accurate estimates and transparent pricing to customers
Offer expert advice on energy-efficient solutions, safety measures, and potential home upgrades
2. Technical Proficiency:
Conduct a wide range of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings
Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
Ensure all work complies with local codes, city ordinances, and safety regulations
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
3. Quality Workmanship:
Maintain a commitment to excellence in every task
Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure the highest quality of work
Use precision and attention to detail in all installations and repairs

SCHEDULE:
Availability to work Monday- Friday anywhere between 7:00AM-3:30pm (or until daily task are complete)
SALARY:
Performance-Based Compensation: $80,000-$140,000 annual earning potential based on performance.
$10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR LICENSED TRADESMAN, AND JOURNEYMAN first half paid in 90 days.
