Just real conversations with people who want answers. 💥 What You'll Do • Visit homeowners at scheduled appointments and get to know their home and their concerns • Team up with a trained HVAC technician who inspects the system, then walk homeowners through the findings together • Educate-explain how their heating and cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems work and what you're seeing • Present clear, honest options at different price points so homeowners can decide with confidence • Walk customers through financing, warranties, and maintenance plans • Follow up and build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals • Use a tablet and simple digital tools to present options and manage your appointments 🧠 Who You Are • You genuinely enjoy talking with people-and you're a great listener • You're a true team player who thrives working side by side with a technician-when the team wins, the customer wins • You get real satisfaction from helping someone understand a problem and solve it • You explain things clearly and patiently, without pressure • You're curious and coachable-eager to learn the systems and the process • You're self-motivated and want your income to reflect your effort • You have a valid driver's license, a professional presence, and comfort using a tablet 🌟 Great Backgrounds for This Role Customer service, hospitality, retail, teaching, coaching, banking, healthcare, the military-any role where you've helped people understand their options and make good decisions.
