Compensation: $80,000-$85,000 base salary + performance bonuses
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple renovation projects, manage subcontractors, control budgets, and consistently deliver completed projects on schedule.
This is a field-focused position, not a desk-only construction management role. What You'll Do
Manage multiple residential renovation and property turn projects throughout Metro Atlanta.
Schedule, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and renovation crews.
Walk properties, review scopes of work, and identify construction issues before they become expensive problems.
Monitor budgets, material costs, schedules, and project profitability.
Inspect workmanship and ensure projects meet company quality standards.
Coordinate punch lists, final inspections, and project closeouts.
Maintain accurate project updates, photos, and documentation using construction management software.
Communicate directly with company ownership and internal support staff.
What We're Looking For
