Job Title: Residential HVAC Service Technician
Location: Northern Twin Cities Metro Area, MN
Compensation: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour + Commissions
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation Structure:- Strong base pay of $35.00 to $50.00 per hour based on experience.
- Highly rewarding commission structure based on performance and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential heating and cooling systems.
- Educate homeowners on the condition of their HVAC systems and confidently present repair or replacement options.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call, building trust and loyalty.
- Participate actively in ongoing technical training and sales coaching to maximize your earning potential.
- Maintain an organized work environment and submit accurate job documentation.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated residential HVAC experience is required.
- Active EPA Certification is a strict requirement.
- NATE Certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with Boilers is a strong plus.
- Active Comp cards are a plus.
- Coachable attitude with a strong focus on team culture and sales growth.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
